The location was absolutely perfect and comfortable - very close to train station as well as Dusseldorf. It also was to everything which are required for an International Travelers. The rooms were neat and cheap with a bath kept by the extremely friendly staff.

We had a great experience at Ibis. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even arranging for an online pizza delivery for us. the hotel's price was fair, and the free car parking was a nice bonus. Its proximity to the highway made it convenient for us as we were on the move. the hotel was affordable and had a great breakfast selection that pleased the kids. It was also close to restaurants where we could have dinner outside of the hotel. the staff at check-in were helpful and provided everything we needed. the room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the extra door to the hall when bringing our dogs. Despite there being a lot of dogs at the hotel, we couldn't hear them. it was a pleasant stay. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect. 🌟.

The hotel's quiet location was a plus, and it was just a 15-minute drive from a welcoming museum nearby.

We stayed here while we did a dog show and it was a lovely walk for them each time and away from the busy town life. Tea/coffee on the terrace at the end of a hectic day was very welcoming. Very relaxing and unstuffy hotel to stay in. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was clean. the staff were affable. - This homey and comfortable venue had a remote setting near a shopping area of the city. - It was right by a bar/restaurant, taxi, and Dusseldorf.

The hotel staff was very friendly as soon as we entered the hotel. They explained everything that was available to us without being asked and made sure to let us know they were available in case there were any problems. The room was very clean and very comfortable for our one night stay. The price of breakfast for what was served was quite cheap and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I am please with the price, the staff and the comfort of this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great stay at great value. Internet speed was great, hover we paid for 24 hour service and couldn't sign on the next morning before leaving. The clerk, Dominique was very understanding and only charged us the 6 hour fee instead.
