Had a solid stay at Ibis Dortmund! Super friendly staff helped us with dinner plans and breakfast was pretty good, too. Just wish the beds were a bit comfier, but everything else was fine. Perfect if you need an affordable stopover!

The location was absolutely perfect and comfortable - very close to train station as well as Dusseldorf. It also was to everything which are required for an International Travelers. The rooms were neat and cheap with a bath kept by the extremely friendly staff.

We stayed here while we did a dog show and it was a lovely walk for them each time and away from the busy town life. Tea/coffee on the terrace at the end of a hectic day was very welcoming. Very relaxing and unstuffy hotel to stay in. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The outdated furniture feels like a time capsule!!! Noise isolation could use much improvement!!! The cold bar atmosphere doesn't make for a cute spot!!! Bath amenities could cater better to taller guests!!!

The hotel staff was very friendly as soon as we entered the hotel. They explained everything that was available to us without being asked and made sure to let us know they were available in case there were any problems. The room was very clean and very comfortable for our one night stay. The price of breakfast for what was served was quite cheap and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I am please with the price, the staff and the comfort of this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great stay at great value. Internet speed was great, hover we paid for 24 hour service and couldn't sign on the next morning before leaving. The clerk, Dominique was very understanding and only charged us the 6 hour fee instead.
This is a great hotel. I have nothing negative to say.
